The Gatsby’s Bowtie Boutique Hotel and Spa prides itself on adhering to its four tiers. Beginning with SAFETY, all employees and cast members work together to provide the safest environment for all guests and staff. Starting with the hiring process, all potential employees must agree to a background check and are screened to ensure that our organization is employing the best workers possible. Once the hiring process is complete, each employee must partake in a series of training sessions, led by experienced personnel. During this extensive training, each newly hired employee is briefed on all the equipment used in each facility and is required to receive “hands on” training before becoming official members of our company. At the end of the training sessions, each employee is evaluated by experienced coordinators to ensure that further training is not necessary. Moreover, all cast members must partake in an annual training refresher in order to ensure that all safety procedures continue to be upheld. Furthermore, safety rules and regulations are posted throughout the hotel and spa in order to minimize any dangers and hazards amongst our guests.

In addition to safety, the cast of Gatsby’s Bowtie Boutique Hotel and Spa works aimlessly to create a lasting EXPERIENCE for all the guests. Through the civility and respect displayed by our cast, our organization seeks to provide an atmosphere of fun and courtesy that all guests can enjoy.
