Recognition Plan:

At Gatsby's Bowtie Boutique, we celebrate the hard work that all of our employees contribute. Any employee can acknowledge the hard work of a fellow employee through written notes to management, which are kept on the file and discussed during one-on-one sessions between an employee and their manager. However, special recognition for hard work can be given on a periodic basis in 3 ways:

1. A free meal for 2 at our resort's upscale restaurant may be given each month to an employee in each line of business to recognize exceptional guest service.

2. A free spa treatment for 2 at our wellnes center is given to a single GBBH employee to recognize an employee who turned a guest service loss into a win through exceptional work.

3. Each year, a free vacation package is given to a single GBBH employee and their family to recognize a year of exceptional guest service. Employees can be nominated by their managers, but the winner is selected by the General Manager of "The Resort." The vacation package includes free admission to the Resort theme park, ski resort, casino and a free deluxe room in the GBBH.
